Grand Foyer
Our spacious Grand Foyer is a large, warm and welcoming space. It is the heart of The Perkins Mansion and is perfect for dining, socializing, music recitals, meet-and-greet, and much more.

Parlour
Located directly off the Grand Foyer, the open elegance and sophistication of this room is quite versatile and perfectly well-suited for a variety of social entertaining and business needs. The beautiful mantel fireplace and Steinway grand piano add charm and ambience. Audio/visual equipment is available.

Formal Dining Room
Our classically decorated formal dining room is located directly off the Grand Foyer. Elegantly appointed with a glimmering crystal chandelier, mantel fireplace, handcrafted moldings, antique buffet and an outdoor terrace, this room is reminiscent of the golden age of turn-of-the-century Rochester and will surely delight your guests.

Library
This room beckons to you with its warm, rich décor and stately atmosphere. The finely crafted wood paneling, custom built-in shelving, impressive collection of books, mantel fireplace and unique parquet floor provides a truly exceptional space for a private meeting, lunch or special dinner celebration. Both the main floor Ladies Lounge and Powder Room and access to the Men’s Lounge are conveniently located off the library.

Solarium
This very special garden room has two walls of large leaded glass windows and views facing East Avenue. Its warm palette of colors, mantel fireplace and live plants create an open, light, bright and airy feeling. This room is quite versatile for a variety of entertaining including small groups, intimate teas, spring and summer afternoon lunches, specialty brunches, bar service, dancing, or casino.

The Perkins Executive Conference Room
Located on the second floor of the Mansion, the Perkins Room provides ample seating for up to 20 around a gorgeous 14′ long antique table. The table has seven leaves, each of which can be removed to meet your needs. The table is 5′ round when all leaves are removed. This room is air conditioned, has a large private restroom, mantel fireplace, antique furnishings and coat closet. Please note: No food and beverages other than waters are allowed in this room.

Is there off street parking?
Yes, parking is in back of the Mansion. There is also parking in the next door parking lot and church parking lot entered on Prince street.
Is the Mansion handicap accessible?
Yes, there is a ramp at the back entrance.
