Our beautiful mansion is available for private and corporate parties
Whether planning an elaborate reception utilizing the entire Mansion, an intimate dinner party in the Solarium, a business meeting, or a social meet-and-greet in the Parlour, The Perkins Mansion offers a variety of unique rooms that are available to meet the needs of most any size group. - Grand Foyer: A warm and welcoming space perfect for 24–40 people.
- Parlour: Elegant room with a sophisticated ambience. Holds 40–50 people.
- Formal Dining Room: Clasically decorated with a glimmering crystal chandelier. Seats up to 40.
- Library: Stately atmosphere and warm, rich décor. Holds 24–30 people.
- Solarium: Versatile garden room with a bright and airy feeling. Perfect for 20–30 people.
- The Perkins Executive Conference Room: Gorgeous space with antique furnishings and ample seating for up to 20.
If you have more people coming than can fit into the mansion, please know that we can also set up a tent outside with plenty of room for tables, chairs and music. It’s perfect for a summer wedding.

About the mansion
The Perkins Mansion was generously donated by Elizabeth Perkins in 1947 as a gathering place for women.
Today it houses the Greater Rochester Area Branch of the American Association of University Women (AAUW), a national organization of over 170,000 members leading the charge for educational and economic opportunity for women.
