Built in 1906 as a wedding gift for its original owners, Elizabeth and Erickson Perkins, The Perkins Mansion is the crown jewel for those who appreciate the refined elegance and nostalgic charm of an historical setting.

The Perkins Mansion has a warm and welcoming ambience with intricate details and graceful hospitality. It features a gorgeous mahogany staircase in the Grand Hall, Steinway Grand Piano in the Parlor, multi-faceted crystal chandeliers, handcrafted furniture, fine craftsman woodworking, hand-woven oriental carpets, and multiple unique mantel fireplaces. All rooms adjoin with perfect ease of flow and are appropriately suited to accommodate all your social, wedding, and business entertaining needs.

Our professional and caring management staff is on site the day of your event making for a smooth and seamless experience. Our in-house Event Planner handles all the details, working closely with you to bring your vision to life. We create magical and memorable event experiences, seamlessly orchestrated and flawlessly executed with imagination and style.

Prior to booking an event, each event sponsor may become a member of our not-for-profit organization. This membership level allows you to host an event at our House and supports our mission:  To steward and preserve the assets of the Perkins Mansion, as an extraordinary historic venue, which continues to serve as an INTERGENERATIONAL gathering place to advance equity for women and girls and social justice for all.
